Hanfiyat Exposed.... In the Light of Quran and Sunnah.

=====FIQAH HANAFI Ke Chand Gandei or Fazool Tareen Masail =====
Kapde Ko saardhei 4 masha Pakahana(Toilet) Ya Koi Nijasat Ghaleezi Lagi ho to Hanafi Mazhab mein Namaz hoo Jati Hai.
[DUREIMUKHTAAR,kitab at tahara,baab al MAYAH jildno 1 ,pg 153]

...
UNGLI Ko Pakahna(Toilet) Ya koi Najasat Ghaleezi  Lagi Huvi ho tou  3 Dafa Chaat Lenei Se Paak Ho Jaei Gi.[BAHISHTI ZEVAR,Hisaa doem[2nd] nijasat ke paak kernei ka bayan masla 26

Now Let see What Hadith Says,’’ Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 4, Number 137: Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle said, "The prayer of a person who does ,Hadath (passes, urine, stool or wind) is not accepted till he performs (repeats) the ablution." A person from Hadaramout asked Abu Huraira, "What is 'Hadath'?" Abu Huraira replied, " 'Hadath' means the passing of wind from the anus."

Jab Hawa chodne Se Namaaz nahi tou Gilazat se Kaise hogi?

======Hanafi conditions for leading prayer=========
If in the conditions of who should be Imam in the first cases there is equality, “then the one whose wife is more beautiful” (Durul Mukhtar vol 1 p 412)

How can someone they check whose wife is the most beautiful? Do they need a miss beauty competition?

“Then the one who has the biggest head and the smallest member” (Durul Mukhtar, vol 1 p 412)
At-Tahtawi said in his “Hashiyah ‘ala Maraqi Al-Falah” on this topic:
“His saying “The one who has the smallest member”, some of the Mashaykh explained this “The one who has the smallest penis”, because the great size of it shows in most cases low morality...and similar matters are not known in most cases except by information or narration, and this is rare, and the same is said about the one having the most beautiful wife.”

to tell in front of anyone whose penis is the smallest? What is this absolute

nonsense?
Now Let see the Hadith:- The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) afterwards said to them, ‘Offer such-and-such a prayer at such-and-such a time, and when the time for the prayer becomes due, then one of you should pronounce the Adhaan (for the prayer), and let the one amongst you who knows most Qur’aan lead the prayer.’ So they looked for such a person and found none who knew more Qur'an than I, because of what I used to learn from the people. So they made me their imam (to lead the prayer) and at that time I was a boy of six or seven years.”(Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 4051)

======Zina(Adultery) Jaiz hai Hanfi ke paas======
ومن أقرّ أربع مرات فى مجلس مختلفة أنه زنى بفلانه فلا حد عليه : الهداية كتاب الحدود
“If someone pays a woman to do Zina, there is no Hadd” (prescribed punishment)”

(Durul Mukhtar, kitab Hudud, Fatawa Hhaniyah misr vol 3 p 508, Kanz Daqaiq ed Deoband p 180, and this fatwa is attributed to Abu Hanifa while his two students say there is Hadd)

”If he pays a woman to do Zina (fornication) or Wati (intercourse) if he says I will give you so much dirham or she says give me so much, there is no Hadd” (Alamgiri, vol 2 p 168)

”If the Khalifah or the Imam or the king does Zina there is no Hadd” (Durul Mukhtar, Kitab Hudud)

Now Look at Quran and Hadith:-
And do not come closer to unlawful sexual intercourse. Indeed, it is ever an immorality and is evil as a way.(Surah Isra 17:32)

The [unmarried] woman or [unmarried] man found guilty of sexual intercourse - lash each one of them with a hundred lashes, and do not be taken by pity for them in the religion of Allah , if you should believe in Allah and the Last Day. And let a group of the believers witness their punishment(Surah Nur 24:2)

Sahih Bukhari Volume 2, Book 23, Number 413: Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Umar : The Jew brought to the Prophet a man and a woman from amongst them who have committed (adultery) illegal sexual intercourse. He ordered both of them to be stoned (to death), near the place of offering the funeral prayers beside the mosque."

Sahih Bukhari Volume 2, Book 18, Number 154: The Prophet then said, "O followers of Muhammad! By Allah! There is none who has more ghaira (self-respect) than Allah as He has forbidden that His slaves, male or female commit adultery (illegal sexual intercourse). O followers of Muhammad! By Allah! If you knew that which I know you would laugh little and weep much.

======Hanfi Ka Wazu Dekho==========
Mard , Orat Nangein hoo or inn ki Sharam Gahein mill jaein phir bhi wazoo nahi toot ta
[DUREIMUKHTAR jild1 ,pg 96, ALAMAGIRI kitab AT TAHARAH BAB nawaqiz o wazoo 18/1]
Let’s see the Hadith;-Muwat Imam Malik Book 002, Hadith Number 060.
-----------------------------
Section : Wudu on Account of Touching the Genitals.
Yahya related to me from Malik that Abdullah ibn Abi Bakr ibn Muhammad ibn Amr ibn Hazim heard Urwa ibn az-Zubayr saying, "I went to see Marwan ibn al-Hakam and we talked about what you had to do wudu for, and Marwan said, 'You have to do wudu if you touch your penis.' Urwa said, 'I didn't know that.' Marwan ibn al-Hakam said that Busra bint Safwan had told him that she heard the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, say, 'If any of you touches his penis he should do wudu.'"

========Hanfi Ki Namaaz Dekho============
SALAM ki jagah paad maar ker namaz khatam ki jaei to namaz saheeh hei
[HADAYAH,kitab as salah,bab alhads fi as salah,pg 130 ,DUREIMUKHTAR jild 1 ,pg 245]
Now Have Look at Hadith:- The Prophet (Sallalahu alaihi wa salaam) said to:
...Pray as you have seen me praying.. (Sahih Bukhari Book 1 Vol 1 hadith 604)

Tou Kya Naouzubillah  Nabi(s.a.w) ne Aisa Kia Naouzubillah ?

=====Hanfi Ke Nazdik Imamat Kaun Karega?=========
IMAMAT ka mustahiq woh hei jis ki beewi ziyadh khoobsoorat ho.
IMAMAT ka mustahiq woh hei jiss ka sarr bara hoo or azoo chota hoo
.[DUREI MUKHTAR ,kitab as salah, BAAB AL IMAMAH,290/1]
=Hanfi Ki Namaaz Kuttoun ke saat bhi hojati hai Lekin Insaan ke saat nahi=
muqalid ki namaz to dekho bachei ko godi utha ker namaz na jaeiz hei magar kuttei ke bachei ko utha ker namaz jaeiz hei.[DUREI MUKHTAR;kitab AT TAHARA BAAB AL MAYAH,jild 1 ,pg 153]
Now see the Hadith:- Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 9, Number 495: Narrated Abu Qatada Al-Ansari: Allah's Apostle was praying and he was carrying Umama the daughters of Zainab, the daughter of Allah's Apostle and she was the daughter of 'As bin Rabi'a bin 'AbduShams. When he prostrated, he put her down and when he stood, he carried her (on his neck).

===Hanfi Sex Ka Dewaana hota hai======
Zindah ya murdah janwar maslan gadhi, gorhi ,gaein[cow],bheins, bheir, bakri ya kum umer larki se jama kiya to wazoo nahi toot ta .
[DUREIMUKHTAR,pg 83]
Now Let see the Hadith:- Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 5, Number 290: Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, "When a man sits in between the four parts of a woman and did the sexual intercourse with her, bath becomes compulsory."
Imam Yahiya ibn Sharaf al-Nawawi's book Al Minhaj Be Sharh Sahih Muslim  Our companions have said that if the penile head has penetrated A WOMAN’S ANUS, or A MAN’S ANUS, or AN ANIMAL’S VAGINA or ITS ANUS then it is necessary to wash whether  the one being penetrated is alive OR DEAD, YOUNG OR OLD,

==Hanfi tou Janwar ke Saath bi sex karsakta hai======
MARD apni dubar mein ya Orat apni sharam gaah mein kissi murdah ka aalah tanasal kisi zindah janwar maslan gadha, gorha kutta waghera ka aalah tanasul dakhil kere too ghusal farz nahi hota.
[DUREIMUKHTAR ,KITAB at tahara jild 1,pg 83]
Now Let see the Hadith:- Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 5, Number 290: Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, "When a man sits in between the four parts of a woman and did the sexual intercourse with her, bath becomes compulsory
-

----Hanfi Apne Imamoun ko Apna Rab Mante hain-------------
Kyunke Hanfi,Maliki ke Nazdik Horse Meat Haraam hai lekin Shafi aur Hamabali ke Nazdik halaal hai
Now Look what Quran and sunnah says,’’And cattle (an’am), He has created for you, from them you derive warmth, and numerous benefits, and of their (meat) you eat.” (Surah al-Nahl, V: 5)
“…for he (the Prophet) commands them what is just and forbids them what is evil; he allows them as lawful what is good (and pure) and prohibits them from what is bad (and impure)…” (Surah al-A’raf, V: 157)
Now look at hadith:- Sahih Bukhari Volume 5 : Book 59 : Hadith 530 :
Narrated by Jabir bin Abdullah: On the day of Khaibar, Allah's Apostle forbade the eating of donkey meat and allowed the eating of horse meat.
Sahih MuslimBook 21, Number 4781:
Sahih MuslimBook 21, Number 4782:
Asma' reported: We slaughtered a horse and ate it during the lifetime
of Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him).
Abu-Dawud Book 021, Hadith Number 3780.
------------------------------
Chapter : Food.
Narated By Jabir ibn Abdullah : On the day of Khaybar we slaughtered horses, mules, and assess. The Apostle of Allah (pbuh) forbade us (to eat) mules and asses, but he did not forbid horse-flesh.
Now Look what Allah says about Hanfis,’’ They have taken their scholars and monks as lord(Gods) besides Allah , and [also] the Messiah, the son of Mary. And they were not commanded except to worship one God;there is no deity except Him. Exalted is He above whatever they associate with Him.(Surah Tawba Ayat-31)
Narrated Adee Ibn Hatim t that he heard the Prophet of Allah r reciting the verse: (above verse), he(Hatim) said "We didn't worship them." The Messenger of Allah r, "Did they not make Haraam what Allah made Halaal and you all made it Haraam, and they made Halaal what Allah made Haraam and you all made it Haraam?" He replied, 'Certainly.' The Prophet of Allah r said, "That is your worship to them." [at-Tirmidhee, vol. 3, p. 56. no. 247]

======Hanfi Ke Nazdik Nangi Aurat ko Dekhna Jaiz=====
AGAR koi orat ki sharam gaah ko dekhta raha or anzaal ho gaya too rozah fasid nahi.
[DUREIMUKHTAR,kitab at tahara,BAAB ma yufsid as soom wa mala yusid ,pg 563,AALAMGIRI kitab as sayam]
Now Look at Quran:- And enjoin believing women to restrain their gaze and guard their private parts and additionally not to reveal their adornment except that which is revealed of itself." Quran 24:30-31

===Hanfi Mari Huwi Aurat ke Saat bhi sex Karsakt hai Lekin Roz fasid nahi hota ====
[DUREIMUKHTAR, kitab as soom, BAAB ma yufsid as soom wa mala yufsid, jild 1,pg 567]
agar sooi hooi ORAT ya pagal orat se koi [muqalid] jamaa ker lein too uss per rozah ka koi kufara nahi, agar ORAT khawand ki mani hath se nikalnei mein iss ki madad kere to tozah fasid nahi hota,
[DUREIMUKHTAR, kitab AS SOOM,BAAB ma yufsid as soom wa ma la yufsid, 567/1]
Now Look at Hadith:- Abu Hurayrah (may Allaah be pleased with him) who said: A man came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and said, “I am doomed, O Messenger of Allaah!” He said, “Why are you doomed?” He said, “I had intercourse with my wife (during the day) in Ramadaan.” He said, “Can you free a slave?” He said, “No.” He said, “Can you fast for two consecutive months?” He said, “No.” He said, “Can you feed sixty poor persons?” He said, “No.”… (Reference:-Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 1936; Muslim, 1111)
------------------Hanfi Hadith ka Munkir-----------------------------------------
Hanfi Khete hain ke Magrib ki Adhan ke Baat Farz Namaaz se pahle Sunnat nahi padna
Now Look at Hadith:-
Shahih Bukhari Volume 2 : Book 21 : Hadith 278 :
Narrated by Marthad bin 'Abdullah Al-Yazani:
I went to 'Uqba bin 'Amir Al-Juhani and said, "Is it not surprising that Abi Tamim offers two Rakat before the Maghrib prayer?" 'Uqba said, "We used to do so in the life-time of Allah's Apostle." I asked him, "What prevents you from offering it now?" He replied, "Business."
=====================================================

Zina ke darr se hath se mani nikalei to rozah per koi asar nahi perta.
[HADAYA,kitab as soom, BAB ma youjubkaza, 219/1]

====Hanfi Namaaz mein Juein marta hai======
NAMAZ mein thehar thehar ker juein marta rahei to namaz kharab nahi hoti [HANYTUL MUSALI,pg100]
kitni juein marte hoo namaz perhnei ke doran muqalid bhaiyoo, LOLZZ.
MARD NAMAZ perh raha hoo ORAT bosaa lei le to NAMAZ fasid nahi hoti
[DUREI MUKHTAR,pg 293, ALAMAGIRI,pg 143]

=======Hanfi  ka hajj dekho.=======
DUBUR [peeth] mein suhbat kernei se HAJJ kharab nahi hota.
[FATWA QAZI KHAN,pg 137]
Allah says (interpretation of the meaning):
“The Hajj (pilgrimage) is (in) the well-known (lunar year) months (i.e. the 10th month, the 11th month and the first ten days of the 12th month of the Islamic calendar, i.e. two months and ten days). So whosoever intends to perform Hajj therein (by assuming Ihraam), then he should not have sexual relations (with his wife), nor commit sin, nor dispute unjustly during the Hajj”
[al-Baqarah 2:197]

=========Hanfi Quran ka Gustaq=====================
Agar Naqseer phoot pere to peshani per khoon or peeshaab se AL-HAMD SHAREEF(Surah Fatiha) likhna jaeiz hei .
[SHAMI SHAREEF,KITAB AT TAHARA,BAAB alimyah matlab fi atadawi, jild 1, pg154,FATAWA QAZI KHAN number hashiya fatwa, 404/3]
Reading and holding the Quran in prayer
”If someone prays and holds the Quran and reads from it, is prayer is Fasid (invalid)” (Durul Mukhtar vol 1 p 641)

=========Hanfi Ke paas Sharab Jaiz==================
In “Hidayah” Kitab Ashribah: “If grape juice is cooked to 2/3 and 1/3 remains, it is Halal even if it is strong.” Then he says the condition is for strength and not for games and lahw.”
As for Nabidh, it is said in “Hidayah” that if the Nabidh is made from Tamr (dried dates) or raisins and it is lightly cooked, then it is correct to drink it as long as one is not drunk and it should not be for games but for strength.
Then he says that the Mufsid (bringing corruption) is the bowl that makes drunk, and this one is Haram according to us.
In “Fatawa Alamgiri”, it is said that if he drinks 9 bowls of Nabidh of Tamr and after the tenth he becomes drunk, there is no Hadd, it is like that in “Sirajiyah”.
In “Sarh Wiqayah”, “Durul Mukhtar” and “Alamgiri” it is said that according to Abu Hanifah the drunk (on Nabidh) who gets Hadd is the one who cannot distinguish between the sky and earth
“The drunk who claims to have drunk after the smell of wine disappears does not receive any Hadd” (Alamgiri, kitab Hudud, attributed to Abu Hanifah and Abu Yusuf)
“If the drunk man vomits after drinking wine, there is no Hadd” (Alamgiri, Kitab Hudud )
”The drunk who cannot speak does not receive Hadd, even if he admits” (Alamgiri, kitab Hudud )

Now have a Look at Hadith:- Sahih Bukhari Volume 7 : Book 69 : Hadith 494 :
Narrated by Abu 'Amir or Abu Malik Al-Ash'ari:
that he heard the Prophet saying, "From among my followers there will be some people who will consider illegal sexual intercourse, the wearing of silk, the drinking of alcoholic drinks and the use of musical instruments, as lawful..' Allah will destroy them during the night and will let the mountain fall on them, and He will transform the rest of them into monkeys and pigs and they will remain so till the Day of Resurrection."
(In Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-'As narrated:The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) forbade wine (khamr), game of chance (maysir), drum (kubah), and wine made from millet (ghubayrah), saying: Every intoxicant is forbidden.
[Abu Dawud: 3677]

Imam Qurtubi says that all Ahadith in this case make clear that everything that intoxicate is Khamr and it makes Batil the Madhab of the Kufis that khamr is only the drink made from grapes and what is cooked besides that is not Khamr

=======Hanfi ke Paas Alcohol trading(Karobaar) Jaiz hai========================
In “Durul Mukhtar” it is said that if a Muslim orders to sell Khamr(alcohol) or pig or to buy it, meaning he delegates the Zimmi (Kafir living in the land of Islam and paying Zimmah) for that this is Sahih according to the Imam but with a lot of Karahah
In “Hidayah”, Kitab Buyu’, Bab Bay’ Fasid, we ca read that If the Muslim orders the Christian to sell Khamr or to buy it and he does it, it is permissible according to Abu Hanifah
Also it is said in this book that the one who transports wine for the Zimmi can ask a salary according to Abu Hanifah
Now Look at Hadith:- Sahih Bukhari  Volumn 001, Book 008, Hadith Number 449.
Narated By 'Aisha : When the verses of Surat "Al-Baqara"' about the usury Riba were revealed, the Prophet went to the mosque and recited them in front of the people and then banned the trade of alcohol.

========Hanfi ke Paas chorri(Theft) jaiz hai=======

”The thief who cannot speak there is not Hadd” (Dur Mukhtar, Kitab Saraqat)
”The one who steals grass or wood, there is no Hadd” (Sharh Wiqayah, Kitab Saraqat)
”If he steals the door of the mosque, there is no Hadd” (Sharh Wiqayah, Kitab Saraqat)
”If he steals in Bayt ul mal there is no Hadd” (Sharh Wiqayah, Kitab Saraqah)
Now Look at Hadith:-Prophet(pbuh) said,’’By Allah, if Fatima, the daughter of Muhammad stole, I would cut off her hand." Sahih bukhari Volume 4 : Book 56 : Hadith 681
-------------Kuch Ganday Fatway----------------------------
I) Hidayah: The infamous and authoritative work of the Hanafi scholar, Ali bin Abu Bakr.
To show the status of this book in the eyes of the Hanafis, lets see the statements of some of their scholars concerning it, such scholars who are 'mujtahid fil madhab' according to the Hanafis.
a) "Hidayah shows guidance to those that know it - it gives sight to the eyes. O one who is of sound mind hold on tight to this book" [Muqaddama Hidayah 3/3 Farooqi]
b)"Verily Hidayah is like the Quran. It has abrogated books of Sharia' before it". [ibid]
Some masa'il of Hidayah:
a) "When the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) could not find a miswaak, he rubbed his fingers on his teeth" [Hidayah, p.6]
There is no evidence for this. Which book of Ahadith contains such a narration?
b) "The Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) vomited and then did not perform wudu" [Hidayah, p.7]
Once again, no evidence for this..
c) "The Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) used to eat from his sadaqah" [Hidayah, p.623]
We should open our eyes O Hanafi brothers, can people say anything their desires wish and then attribute it to the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) of Islam ?
d) "If impurity like blood, urine, faeces, urine of a donkey were to fall on ones clothes or body the prayer is still accepted." [Hidayah, Chapter of impure things, p.76]
e) "If a man can read or speak Arabic and despite this does not read Quran in salah, rather instead of saying 'Allahu Akbar', he says the equivalent in the Persian language, his salah is still accepted." [Hidayah, Chapter - Description of the prayer]
f) "It is not obligatory (fard) to stand straight after the ruku." [Hidayah 1/99]
g) "If one in sajdah puts his nose on the floor without placing his forehead on the floor or places his forehead on the floor but not his nose, then the prayer is still accepted. This is the opinion of Abu Hanifah." [Hidayah 1/100, Chapter of Salah]
We must take the prayer seriously and not as a joke.
h) "If one on purpose after tashahud talks or lets go of his wind then his prayer is still complete." [Hidayah, 1/116]
i) "If a man was to have intercourse with a woman during fasting, there is no need to repeat that fast, whether he ejaculated or not." [Hidayah 1/201]
And Wallahi, the scholars are ashamed to bring some masa'il (rulings). But, if you wish to check them yourself, refer to the following:
Hidayah - Fasl fil bayaan al muharramaat. 2/279, 2/289, 2/292, 2/293
j) To see how the fornicators and adulterers are treated see: Hidayah - Chapter Kayfiyah tul hadd, 2/495, 2/497, and 2/496 Chapter - Al Watiy alaaziy yuwjab
"If one has adulterated with the wife of his father's slave or his wife's slave and says 'I thought they were halal upon me, then there is no hadd (punishment) regarding this man."
See further, Hidayah 1/492, 1/387, 2/494:
"A person who marries from those women who are haraam upon him (i.e. mother, daughter, aunt etc) the hadd is not obligatory and this is what Abu Hanifah has mentioned."
k) "If a drunkard, drank alcohol and when the smell of it went away from his mouth and then a witness came forward regarding his drinking, there is no hadd regarding this act." [Hidayah 2/505, Chapter of punishment for drinking].
l) To see how Hanafi madhab treats thieves see Hidayah 2/517 Chapter Maa yuqta'a fiyhiy, 2/518 -522
Basically this 'blessed' chapter states:- That the hand is not to be cut off nor is he to be punished if he steals anything of the following: a cow, fish, chickens, vegetables, alcohol, the doors of Ka'bah!!?, an ostrich egg, a child, jewellery, a slave, the shroud of a dead body, or any
m) "If a dhimmi (mainly Jew or Christain living in an Islamic state) rejects to pay the jizyah or kills a Muslim or swears at the Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam) or fornicates with a Muslim woman then the agreement (for him being a dhimmi) does not break." [Hidayah, 2/575]
O Hanafis! Don't you have any shame in doing taqleed (blind following) of such a madhab?
We can never believe that this is the madhab of Imam Abu Hanifah!!!
n) "To sew a sock out of the hairs of a pig is permissible." [Hidayah, 3/39, Chapter Al bayy ul
faasid]
"If some hairs of a pig were thrown into the water, it would still remain pure, as was stated by Imam Muhammad. Therefore as it is permissible to take benefit of such hairs it is also a proof of them being pure." [Hidayah, ibid]
o) "If a Muslim asks a Christain to buy or sell alcohol for him, then this is permissible according to Abu Hanifah." [Hidayah - Farooqi - 3/41- Al bayy ul faasid].
p) "Alcohol is known as that which causes intoxication, it is of eight types, four types haraam and four types halaal." [Durr Al Mukhtaar]
O Hanafi brothers, are you paying attention? This is what your madhab contains; this is some of the confusion that your books hold. Your so-called ulema might paint a rosy picture and tell you that the Hanafi madhab is all 'Haq', but that is why they stop you from reading and learning from Bukhari and other authentic ahadith, it is because you will learn that most of your madhab is at difference with authentic ahadith and the Sunnah of Allah's Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam).
Some masa'il of Hanafi book Durr Al Mukhtaar:
a) When one has intercourse (dukhool) with an animal, then he does not have to perform ghusl, nor does the wudu break unless he ejaculates." [Durr Al Mukhtaar - Publisher Dar Ul Kutub - Egypt]
Some of the Hanafi 'Scholars' have answered this and said that 'there is no ahadith forbidding such
"After such an act it is not necessary to wash the private parts."
"Surely one would be disgusted by such acts, but the Hanafi 'Scholars' say: 'We only repeat that which our elders and respected ones have said." [Noor ul Anwaar].
Miscellaneous masa'il:
1) "The one who swears at the companions of the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) is not a disbeliever". [Durr ul Mukhtaar]
2) "To swear at the two caliphs (Abu Bakr and Umar rahi allahu an' humaa) is not kufr." [Mullah Ali Al Qari - Sharh Fiqh al Akbar]
3) "Muawiyah was a rebel." [Shamiy]
4) "Muawiyah was an innovator." [Tawdiyh 2/260 - Egyptian print]
5) "Muawiyah was a rebel from Islam and muhaarib ul Islam (fighter against Islam) and a murderer of companions." [Talwiyh, explanation of Tawdiyh].
6) "If one were to murder Ali, Uthman, Umar and Abu Bakr, then he would still remain a Muslim not leaving the fold of Islam." [Sharh Fiqh Al Akbar (Is it Ali Al Qari's?)
Food:
"Those animals whose meat is prohibited to eat, then if they are slaughtered there meat and fat becomes purified." [Tanweer Al Absaar - Kitaab ul Zabaaih p.86]
Salah:
"If one were to carry a dog whilst praying, his prayer would not be invalidated." [Durr ul Mukhtaar
Conrast this with:
"If one were to pick up a child whilst praying, then this is disliked." [Durr ul Mukhtaar, 1/473]
Or:
"If one was to hold the Quran whilst praying, then his salah is not accepted." [Durr ul Mukhtaar,
Contrast with:
"If a man lustfully looks at the private part of a woman whilst praying, his prayer is not invalidated." [Maraaqiy ul Fallah 1/200 - Egyptian print].
And in the same book page 196: "If one was to look at the Quran in prayer due to forgetting any of it, then his prayer is rejected."
And in the same infamous Fatawa Alamgheeriy 1/106 it states: " If a person in a state of prayer was to take a book of fiqh and start to take understanding from it whilst in prayer, then by ijmaa of the Hanafi madhab his prayer does not become invalid."
Is this the respect that they show to the book of Allah?
II) Fatawaa Alamgheeriy:
The Mughal king Alamgheer wanted to gather all the Hanafi scholars of his time to spread Islam and to make some kind of institution. It is proudly claimed by the Hanafi's that over five hundred of their scholars of whom the majority were 'mujtahid within the madhab' sat together over many years to compile this 'Islamic' way of life, namely Fatawaa Alamgheeriy [Muqadama Alamgheeriy]
Indeed all over the world this book is being taught in the colleges and universities to innocent students who think that they are learning the intricate details of Islam and its fiqh. So let us look at some of the points that are presented in this book.
Chapter of Taharaa (Cleanliness):
a) "If any man was to touch his own private part or that of another person then according to us his wudu is not broken" [Alamgheeriy Tahaara/13]
b) "If one was to enter (i.e. intercourse) into an animal, a dead woman or a small girl (not
reaching puberty) the ghusl is not waajib upon him until he ejaculates" [Ibid /15]. Also see 'Durr al Mukhtaar Sharh Tanweer Absaar' Indian print 1/16 line 16 and its translation Gaayatul Awtaar published by Noor Kashoor Lucknow 1/673 - printed 1876.
c) "Abu Hanifah had said that one should do wudu with the syrup of dates and not do tayammam" [Fasl 2/21]. But there is a contradictory report from Abu Yousuf in the same book [Ibid/32]
d) "If there were to be some kind of filth (excrement etc) upon a person's body part, the person may lick the area covered with the filth until there remains no filth on that area, this will make that area pure." "Likewise if the filth is on a knife, the person may lick it clean or clean it with his saliva to purify it." [Ibid]
Chapter of Prayer:
a) "To stand upon one leg in prayer is disliked but does not invalidate the prayer." [Ibid, p.60]
b) "If a person's head and feet do not touch the ground in sujood, his prayer is still valid by ijmaa'." [Ibid, p.70]
c) "If the muqtadi (follower of the imam in prayer) were to complete his prayer before the imam and began to talk, his prayer would still be valid." [Ibid, p.71]
d) The one who has most right to lead the prayer is the one who knows most about it. If all are equal then the one who knows most of the Quran, then the one who is most fearing, then the eldest, then the one with the best manners and if all are equal then the most beautiful one." [Fasl 1/chapter 5 page 53]. In fact, it further states in Durr al Mukhtaar, "The one with the best dress, then the one with the most beautiful wife, then the one with the largest private part" !!! Different Fatawa

If someone in prayer watches the private part of a woman, is prayer is not broken” (“Maraqi Al Falah”, Misr vol 1 p 200)
In “Hidayah” it is written that if in the last Tashahud, if he does on purpose Hadath (Gas, urine..) or speaks or does an action that break prayer, his Salat is finish and he does not need to repeat it.
”If the Hanafi becomes a Shafi’i, he should receive Ta’zir (corporal punishment) (Alamgiri, Kitab Hudud, Bab Fasl fi Ta’zir)
”If the Hanafi becomes a Shafi’I, his witness is not valid” (Durul Mukhtar)
“The skin of the dog and wolf does become pure by Zabh (Muniya p 49)”
Comment: So for Ahnaf, there is no need of Dabgh of the skin, one can just do Zabh of the dog and wolf, and their skin will become pure
Fatawa related to Riba
”If someone does Zina in Dar ul Harb (land of war) or in the land of revolted people, there is no Hadd.” (Dur Mukhtar Kitab hudud)

”The Muslim can take Riba (usury) from a Kafir Harbi (disbeliever who is in state of war), in Dar ul Harb (land of war) (Durul Mukhtar vol 4 p 209)
In “Hidayah”, Kitab Buyu’, Bab Riba, it is written that there is no problem in Riba (usury) between a Muslim and Harbi (disbeliever in state of war) in Dar al Kufr (land of Kufr).
Also in Hidayah in Kitab Buyu’, Bab Riba, it is said that Riba is permissible between a man and his slaves.

“The one who enters his penis in the vagina or anus of the hermaphrodite, there is no Ghusl (Durul Mukhatr, Kitab Taharah, Masail Ghusl)
“If the hermaphrodite enters his penis in vagina of woman or her anus, there is no Ghusl for both of them” (Alamgiri, Bab Taharah, Wajibat al ghusl)
“If someone does Zina with the salve of his child or great child, there is no Hadd” (Durul Mukhtar, Kitab Hudud)
“If someone does Zina with the slave of grand father or grand mother, there is no Hadd” (Durul Mukhtar Kitab Hudud)
“If someone has a slave in Rahn (security for loan) and he does Zina, there is no Hadd” (Durul Mukhtar Kitab Hudud)
In “Hidayah”, it is written that there is no Hadd for the one who does Zina with the slave woman (of another) he has in Rahn (guaranty) even if he knew that she is forbidden to him
If someone does Nikah with a Mahram for ever woman and consider it Halal, there is no Hadd” (Durul Mukhtar, Kitab Hudud)
“The woman that are for ever forbidden, and he does Nikah and he even if he considers that Haram, there is no Hadd” (Dur Mukhtar Kitab Hudud, and Alamgiri who attribute that to Imam Abu Hanifah)
“If he does Nikah with a woman and joins in Nikah his wife’s sister or mother, there is no Hadd” (Alamgiri)
“If he does temporary marriage and he considers that Haram, there is no Hadd” (Alamgiri)
“If someone does Nikah with a woman who is married before, and he knows she has a husband and it is Haram, there is no Hadd” (Fatawa Khaniya, Misr vol 3 p 508)
“There is no Hadd of Zina for the one who cannot speak, neither any Hadd for something else, even if the witness are present and he admits with Isharah (sign) or by writing.“ (Alamgiri, Misr, vol 2 p 168)
“If someone kidnaps a slave, does Zina and his responsible for her price, there is no Hadd” (Durul Mukhtar, Kitab Hudud)
“If someone gives permission to another to do Zina with his slave, there is no Hadd” (Alamgiri, vol 2 p 169)
“There is no Hadd for sodomy” (Durul Mukhtar, Kitab Hudud)
In “Hidayah” it is said: “If a woman claims that he married her with (false) witnesses and the judge declares that he is her husband and he did not marry her. She can stay by him and if she wants to leave him, he can do Jima (intercourse) with her according to Abu Hanifah.”
So according to Abu Hanifah if a woman lies and wins cases, she can have Jima’ with this man and the judgment of the judge replaces Nikah.
In ‘Hidayah’ it is written that Abu Yusuf, Muhammad ibnul Hasan Ash-Shaybani and Ash-Shafi’i said that the marriage does not become true in Batin (reality).
Imam An-Nawawi says about the fact that the wrong judgment of a judge does not make Halal in Batin (reality): “This Hadith is a prove for the Madhab of Ash-Shafii, Malik, Ahmad and the Majority of scholars of Islam and the Fuqaha from different cities among Sahabah, Tabi’is and scholars after then, that the judgment of the judge does not make Halal in Batin (reality) and does not make Halal the Haram, and Abu Hanifah makes the privates part Halal with the judge's Judgment.” (Hadith 4450 of “Sharh Muslim”)
Ahshraf Ali Thanvi, the Hakim Ummat of the Deobandis writes in “Imdad ul Fatawa” vol 2 p 310, that the one who touches his wife's mother with desire his marriage is cancelled and his wife forbidden to him
And there is no difference whether he said he did this with intention or not, as said in “Kifayatul Mufti” vol 5 p 182.
Thanvi said in “Bahisti Zewar” part four, that if he wakes up and by mistake he touched his daughter or wife's mother with desire, his wife is forbidden to him.
What is strange in this Fatwa is that if he touches his daughter and wife's mother with desire and there is ejaculation, then his wife is not forbidden. So the ejaculator who does this on purpose is not punished, while the one doing this by error is punished with divorce with his wife
In “Hidayah”, Kitab Nikah, Fasl fi Bayan Al Muharimat: “The one who is touched by a woman with desire, her mother and daughters are forbidden for him (for Nikah) and Ash-Shafii said it does not forbid, and on this is difference of his touching a woman with desire of his looking at her vagina or her looking to his penis with desire, because touching and looking is not in the meaning of entering (intercourse) so there is no link with Fasad (breaking) of fasting and Ihram and obligation of Ghusl, so these two things (looking and touching) are not added to that.
And for us (Ahnaf) touching and looking is a cause calling to intercourse, so it takes its place ( Yuqamu Maqamahu) because of precaution (Ihtiyat), then touching with desire is that the penis becomes big and strengthens, and this is authentic (meaning there is difference in Ahnaf for this), and what is taken into account (there is also difference in that) for looking at entering of vagina and it does not become true except when she lies down, and if he touches and then ejaculates then it has been said it leads to forbiddance, and the authentic (another difference) is that it does not lead to, because of his ejaculation he made it clear that he was not desiring intercourse, and on the same is for coming to a woman from her anus”
Mufti Rashid Ahmad Deobandi says in “Ahasanul Fatawa”, vol 5 p 92. : “If without Jima (intercourse), he ejaculates then the forbiddance is not established”
”The one who does watch the vagina of a woman in a mirror or in water, then the mother of this woman is forbidden to him” (Durul Mukhtar, Kitab Nikah, Fasl fil Muharamat)
”If a man touches a woman and does not ejaculate, her mother his forbidden to him and if he ejaculates her mother is not forbidden to him.” (Dur ul Mukhtar, Kitab Nikah, Fasl fil Muharamat)
”If while wakening, the hand of the man touches (with desire) his daughter, or the hand of the woman touches his son, they (husband and wife) are forbidden to each other” (Durul Mukhtar, Kitab Nikah, fasl fil Muharamat)
”Kissing with desire the mother of his wife makes his wife forbidden” (Durul Mukhtar, Kitab Nikah, Fasl fil Muharamat)
”Touching with desire the mother of his wife makes his wife forbidden” (Durul Mukhtar, Kitab Nikah, fasl fil Muharamat)
”Looking at the vagina of his daughter with desire makes his wife forbidden” (Durul Mukhtar, Kitab Nikah, Fasl fil Muharamat)
”If in a drunk state he takes and kisses his daughter and she tells I am your daughter, his wife is forbidden to him” ( Alamgiri, Kitab Nikah)
”If a man does Jima with a young girl (non virgin) and then divorces with her , then the daughter of this woman his not Forbiden to him” (Dur Mukhtar, Kitab Nikah, Fasl fil Muharamat)
”Doing Jima’ with a girl of 7 or 8 years, then the mother of this girl is not forbidden to him” (Alamgiri, Kitab Nikah)
Ghulu (exaggeration) about Hanafi Fiqh
“The book “Durul Mukhtar” was written by the Prophet’s tongue” (Muqadimah Durul Mukhtar)
“In a dream the Prophet saw put his tongue in the mouth of the writer, and then I started to write this book” (Muqadimah Durul Mukhtar)
“The Isnad of the book “Durul Mukhtar” goes back to Allah by the way of the Prophet (saw)”
(Muqadimah Durul Mukhtar)

“May the curse of Allah be on those who make Rad (refutation) of Abu Hanifah”
(Muqadimah Durul Mukhtar)

“When The Prophet ’Isa will come back he will follow the Madhab of Abu Hanifah”
(Muqadimah Durul Mukhtar)

“Khidr spent 30 years to learn knowledge from Abu Hanifa, then Al-Qushayri learnt from Khidr during 3 years and he wrote more than 1000 books and put them in a box in the sea. When Isa (aley salam) will take these books and act upon them.” (Muqadimah Durul Mukhtar)
In the introduction of “Dur ul Mukhtar” there is the fabricated Hadith that the Prophet would have said that Abu Hanifah is the lamp of his community.

Hinduism

Kalki, V.P.Upadhyay and Hazrat Mohammad[D:]

Meaning of Kalki:-

……….In Hinduism, Kalki (Devanagari: कल्कि; also rendered by some as KalKin and Kalaki) is the tenth and final Maha Avatar (great incarnation) of Vishnu who will come to end the present age of darkness and destruction known as Kali Yuga. The name Kalki is often a metaphor for eternity or time. The origins of the name probably lie in the Sanskrit word “kalka” which refers to mud, dirt, filth, or foulness and hence denotes the “destroyer of foulness,” “destroyer of confusion,” “destroyer of darkness,” or “annihilator of ignorance.”[1] Other similar and divergent interpretations based on varying etymological derivations from Sanskrit – including one simply meaning “White Horse” – have been made.

In the Buddhist Kalachakra tradition, some 25 rulers of the legendary Shambhala Kingdom have the title of Kalki, Kulika or Kalki-king……

…………..Pandit Ved Prakash Upadhyay has argued in his book Kalkii Autar aur Muhammad Sahib that Muhammad completed all the prophecies of the Kalki avatar.[17] The book Muhammad in the Hindu Scriptures claims Muhammad to be Kalki based on research from all Vedas, Puranas andUpanishads.[18][19] Absence of any phrase present in Kalkii purana or any other purana comparing the Muhammad with Kalkii and some even banish these claims as incomplete and mere co-incidences………

Pundit Ved Prakash Upadhyay:-

Top Hindu Scholar “Pundit Ved Prakash Upadhyay” had written a book named “Kalki Autar aur Muhammad Saheb” published in the year 1969/70 by author himself under the banner of Saaraswat Vedant Prakash Sangh, Village Brahmpur, P/O Nara, Via Siraathu, District Allahabad, UP.

Pundit Vaid Prakash is a Brahman Hindu & a well known Sanskrit Scholar & a research worker. Pundit Vaid Prakash, after a great deal of toil & hard-work, presented the work to as many as eight great Pundits who are themselves were very well known in the field of research in India & are amongst the learned religious leaders.

Their Pundits, after through study of the book, have acknowledged this to be true & an authentic research work. Important religious books of India mention the guide & prophet by the specific name of “Kalki Autar” it denotes the great man Muhammad (peace be upon him) who was born in Makkah. Hence, all Hindus where-ever they may be, should wait no longer for any other “kalki Autar” but to embrace Islam & follow in the footsteps of the last Messenger of Allah  Subhana Wa Taala  who was sent in the world about fourteen hundred years ago with a mission from Him and after accomplishing it has long ago departed this world.

As an argument to prove the authenticity of his research, Pundit Vaid Prakash quotes from the Veda, a sacred book among Hindus:

1. Veda mentions that “kalki autar” will be the last Messenger/Prophet of Bhagwan (Allah) to guide the whole world. After quoting this reference the Pundit Parkash says that this comes true only in the case of Muhammad (peace be upon him).

2. According to a prophecy of Hinduism, “kalki autar” will be born in an island & that is the Arab territory which is known as “Jazeeratul Arab”.

3. In the ‘sacred’ book of Hindus the father’s name of ‘kalki autar’ is mentioned as ‘Vishnu Bhagat’ & his mother’s name as ‘Somanib’. In sanskrit, ‘vishnu’ stands for Allah  Subhana Wa Taala  & the literal meaning of ‘bhagat’ is slave. ‘Vishnu Bhagat” therefore, in the Arabic language means Allah’s slave (AbdAllah). ‘Somanib’ in Sanskrit means peace & tranquilty which in Arabic is denoted by the word ‘Amina’. Whereas the last Messenger Muhammad’s (peace be upon him) father & mother’s names wereAbdAllah & Amina respectively.

4. In the big books of Hindus, it is mentioned that ‘kalki autar’ will live on olive & dates & he will be true to his words &honest. In this regard Pundit Prakash writes, “This is true & established only in the case of Muhammad (peace be upon him).”

5. Veda mentiones that ‘kalki autar’ will be born in the respected & noble dynasty of his land. And this is also true as regards Muhammad (peace be upon him) as he was born in the respected tribe of Quraish who enjoyed great respect & high place inMakkah.

6. ‘kalki autar’ will be taught in the cave by Bhagwan through his own messenger. And it is very true in this matter. Muhammad (peace be upon him) was the only person in Makkah who was taught by Allah’s messenger Gabriel in the cave of Hira.

7. It is written in the books which Hindus believe that Bhagwan will provide ‘kalki autar’ with the fastest of a horse & with the help of which he will ride around the world & the seven skies/heavens. The riding on ‘Buraq’ & ‘Miraj’ by the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) proves what?

Therefore, the Veda clearly proves that Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is the last & final Messenger of Allah  Subhana Wa Taala .

“There is no god but Allah, and Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah”

PROPHET MUHAMMAD IN HINDU SCRIPTURES

DR. Z. HAQ

There Never Was A People Without A Warner

Qur’an 35:24

Verily We have sent thee (Muhammad) in truth as a bearer of glad tidings and as a warner:

And there never was a people without a warner having lived among them (in the past).

Qur’an 16:36

For We assuredly sent amongst every People an apostle (with the Command) “Serve Allah and eshew Evil“:

Of the people were some whom Allah guided and some on whom Error became inevitably (established).

So travel through the earth and see what was the end of those who denied (the Truth).

Qur’an 4:164

And Messengers (Prophets who received revealed books) We have mentioned unto thee (Muhammad) before

And Messengers We have not mentioned unto thee;

And Allah spake directly unto Moses.

These verses of the Holy Qur’an testify that Allah (the One True God) has sent prophets to every people. Therefore, it is not surprising to Muslims to find prophecies about the Last Prophet, Muhammad (s), in previously revealed scriptures. Moreover, Allah had taken covenant with the Prophets to believe and help future Prophets of Allah, as indicated by the verse quoted below.

Allah’s Covenant With Prophets

Qur’an 3:81-82

Behold! Allah took the covenant of the Prophets saying:

“I give you a Book and Wisdom; then comes to you an Apostle confirming what is with you; do ye believe him and render him help.”

Allah said: “Do ye agree and take this My Covenant as binding on you?”

They said: “We agree.”

He said: “Then bear witness and I am with you among the witnesses.”

If any turn back after this they are perverted transgressors.

A Brief Introduction To Hindu Scriptures

The Vedas, Upanishads, Puranas, and Brahmanas Granth are the four sacred books in Hindu religion. The last one is a commentary on the Vedas, but it is considered as a revealed book. These books are in Sanskrit, the sacred language of the Hindus. The Vedas are divided into four books: Rig Veda, Yajur Veda, Sam Veda and Atharva Veda. Of these, the first three books are considered the more ancient books, and the Rig Veda is the oldest of them. The Rig Veda was compiled in three long and different periods. Opinions greatly differ as to the date of compilation or revelation of the four Vedas. Swami Daya Nand, founder of the Arya Samaj, holds the opinion that the Vedas were revealed 1.3 billion years ago, while others (Hindu scholars and orientalists) hold the opinion that they are not more than four thousand years old. Analysis of the Vedas reveal differences in the accounts of the places where these books were revealed and the Rishis (Prophets) to whom these scriptures were given. Nevertheless, the Vedas are the most authentic scriptures of the Hindus.

The Upanishads are considered next to the Vedas in order of superiority and authenticity. However, some Pandits consider the Upanishads to be superior to the Vedas primarily from the internal evidence found in the Upanishads. Next in authenticity to the Upanishads are the Puranas. The Puranas are the most widely read of all Hindu Scriptures, as these are easily available (the Vedas are difficult to find). The compiler of the Puranas is Maha Rishi Vyasa, and he arranged the Puranas in eighteen volumes. These books contain the history of the creation of the universe, the history of the early Aryan people, and life stories of the divines and deities of the Hindus. The Puranas were either revealed simultaneously with the Vedas or some time before. The sanctity and reverence of the Puranas is admitted and recognized in all the authentic books of the Hindus.

For a long time, the Hindu Scriptures were primarily in the hands of Pandits and a small group of men who had learned Sanskrit (The majority of the Hindu population knew Hindi and could comprehend only a smattering of Sanskrit words). Sir William Jones, who was a Judge and founded the Asiatic Society of Bengal, learned Sanskrit in the last decade of the Eighteenth century. He was instrumental in generating interest in Sanskrit and Hindu Scriptures inEurope, and it was due to his efforts that the Hindu scriptures were translated into English.

In 1935, Dr. Pran Nath published an article in the Times of India that showed that the Rig Veda contains events of the Babylonian and Egyptian kings and their wars. Further, he showed that one-fifth of the Rig Veda is derived from the Babylonian Scriptures. From a Muslim perspective, it is likely that the Hindus were given a revealed book or books that contained description and struggles of Allah’s Prophets sent previously to other peoples. It is also possible that commentaries written about them were incorporated later and became a part of the revealed books.

There are a number of examples of these in Hindu scriptures. The Atharva Veda is also known as ‘Brahma Veda’ or in its meaning as the Devine Knowledge. An Analysis of the Vedas reveal that ‘Brahma’ is actually Abraham, where the initial letter A in Abraham is moved to the end making it Brahma. This analysis is accurate when one writes the two words in Arabic script, a language close to that spoken by Prophet Abraham. Similarly, Abraham’s first wife Sarah is mentioned in the Vedas as Saraswati, and Prophet Nuh (Noah of The Flood) is mentioned as Manuh or Manu. Some Pundits consider Atharva Veda as the Book of Abraham. Prophets Ismail (Ishmael) and Ishaq (Isaac) are named Atharva and Angira, respectively, in the Vedas.

Background To Prophecies

It is well known that the Hindus love hero worship, and it is reasonable to assume that over a long period of time the high regard and reverence for some Prophets led to some of them considered as god or God. Further, it is likely that the Book of Abraham and those of other Prophets contained prophecies about the Last Prophet, Muhammad (s). Muslim historians of Indiahold the opinion that the graves of Prophets Sheesh and Ayyub (Job) are in Ayodhya, in theprovince ofUttar Pradesh,India. In ancient times, Ayodhya was known as Khosla according to Shatpath Brahmanas.

Some Pundits have now begun to reject the Puranas simply because they find in them many prophecies and vivid signs of the truth of Prophet Muhammad. A case has been made that the present Puranas are not the same collection that Vedas refer to and the real books were lost. Nevertheless, this contention is not correct. It is impossible that all the Puranas which were so widely read and keenly studied, could have fallen in oblivion and totally wiped out, whereas the Vedas, which only a few could read and understand, remained intact until now.

Another argument against the prophecies is that these were added to the Puranas at a later date. Nevertheless, this argument is also without a basis. Such a well-known book, in vast circulation and read at appointed times in prayers, cannot be easily tampered with. Moreover, all the Pandits and the learned divines of the Hindus could not have conspired and secretly added these prophecies to the Puranas. The most strange thing is that the corruption is made in favor of the Prophet and against their own religion.

All major books of the Hindus prophesy about Prophet Mohammad. In addition to many of his qualities, his life events, Abraham, Ka’bah, Bakkah (Makkah) and Arabia, the prophecies mention his name as Mahamad, Mamah, and Ahmad. The name Mahamad appears in the Puranas, Mamah in Kuntap Sukt (in Atharva Veda) and Ahmad in Sama Veda. Many different classifications as to the degree of importance of the Vedas have been made. For example, in Shatpath it is stated that Sama Veda is the essence of all the Vedas. At another place in Taitttriya Brahmana, it is stated that “This world was created from Brahma, the Vaishas were created from the mantras of the Rig Veda, the Kashtriyas were created from Yajur Veda and Brahmans were created from Sama Veda.”

Prophecy In The Puranas

The compiler of the Puranas, Mahrishi Vyasa, is highly honored among the Hindus as a great rishi and learned person. He was a pious and God fearing man. He also wrote the Gita and the Maha Bharat. Among the eighteen volumes of the Puranas is one by the title ‘Bhavishya Puran,’ literally meaning future events. The Hindus regard it as the Word of God. The prophecy containing Prophet Muhammad by name is found in Prati Sarg Parv III: 3, 3, Verse 5.

Before the English translation is presented, a note on the word Malechha that appears in the first part of verse 5 is in order. The word Malechha means a man belonging to a foreign country and speaking foreign language. This word is now used to degrade people meaning unclean or even worse. Its usage varies and depends on who is using it and for whom. Sir William Jones had great difficulty in recruiting a Pundit to teach him Sanskrit because he was considered unclean (Malechha). It was only after the direct intervention of Maharaja (King) Shiv Chandra that Pundit Ram Lochna agreed to teach him Sanskrit.

It is not known when this word began to be used in the derogatory sense, whether before the advent of Prophet Muhammad (s), after the conversion of Hindu King Chakrawati Farmas (of Malabar, located on the southwest coast of India) to Islam during the lifetime of the Prophet, soon after the arrival of Muslims in India (711 CE) or sometime later. Mahrishi Vyasa, the compiler of the Puranas, has defined a wise Malechha as “a man of good actions, sharp intellect, spiritual eminence, and showing reverence to the deity (God).

Many Sanskrit words have borrowed from Arabic and Hebrew with a slight change as was shown in the examples of Brahma, Saraswati and Manu, and as indicated in Table 2 below. It appears that this word is derived from the Hebrew word Ma-Hekha (), which means thy brethren (e.g., And he (Ishmael) shall dwell in the presence of all his brethren. Genesis 16:12; i.e., Ismaelites are the brethren of the Israelites). In the context of Biblical scriptures this word meant a descendant of Prophet Ismail (Ishmael), and it is well known that Muhammad (s) is a descendant of Prophet Ismail through his second son Kedar. Those who can read Arabic Script can easily see that a mistake in separating Ma from Hekha will produce a single word ‘Malhekha,’ and when adapted in another tongue like Sanskrit might sound like Malechha.

Table 2

The Sanskrit text and translation of Verse 5 of Bhavishya Puran, Prati Sarg Parv III: 3, 3 are given below. (The boxed area in the Sanskrit text identifies the word Mahamad or Mohammad).

A malechha (belonging to a foreign country and speaking foreign language) spiritual teacher will appear with his companions. His name will be Mahamad…

The translation of Verses 5-27 (Sanskrit text of the Puranas, Prati Sarg Parv III: 3, 3) is presented below from the work of Dr. Vidyarthi.

“A malechha (belonging to a foreign country and speaking foreign language) spiritual teacher will appear with his companions. His name will be Mahamad. Raja (Bhoj) after giving this Mahadev Arab (of angelic disposition) a bath in the ‘Panchgavya’ and the Ganges water, (i.e. purging him of all sins) offered him the presents of his sincere devotion and showing him all reverence said, ‘I make obeisance to thee.’ ‘O Ye! the pride of mankind, the dweller in Arabia, Ye have collected a great force to kill the Devil and you yourself have been protected from the malechha opponents (idol worshipers, pagans).’ ‘O Ye! the image of the Most Pious God the biggest Lord, I am a slave to thee, take me as one lying on thy feet.’

“The Malechhas have spoiled the well-known land of the Arabs. Arya Dharma is not to be found in that country. Before also there appeared a misguided fiend whom I had killed [note: e.g., Abraha Al-Ashram, the Abyssinian viceroy of Yemen, who attacked Mecca]; he has now again appeared being sent by a powerful enemy. To show these enemies the right path and to give them guidance the well-known Mahamad (Mohammad), who has been given by me the epithet of Brahma is busy in bringing the Pishachas to the right path. O Raja! You need not go to the land of the foolish Pishachas, you will be purified through my kindness even where you are. At night, he of the angelic disposition, the shrewd man, in the guise of a Pishacha said to Raja Bhoj, “O Raja! Your Arya Dharma has been made to prevail over all religions, but according to the commandments of ‘Ashwar Parmatma (God, Supreme Spirit), I shall enforce the strong creed of the meat-eaters. My follower will be a man circumcised, without a tail (on his head), keeping beard, creating a revolution, announcing call for prayer and will be eating all lawful things. He will eat all sorts of animals except swine. They will not seek purification from the holy shrubs, but will be purified through warfare. Because of their fighting the irreligious nations, they will be known as Musalmans (Muslims). I shall be the originator of this religion of the meat-eating nation.”

More Prophecies In Hindu Scriptures

The Vedas contain many prophecies about Prophet Muhammad. Some European and Hindu translators of the Vedas have removed the name referring to the Prophet, while others have tried to explain away the mantras (verses) on his life events, Ka’bah, Makkah, Medinah, Arabia, and other events using the terminology of the Hindus, such as purification rituals, and lands and rivers in India. Some mantras containing prophecies are inter-mixed with explanatory phrases, and it may be that these were commentaries and explanatory notes on the prophecies, which later became a part of the prophecy.

Several prophecies are found in Atharva Veda: (1) XX: 21, Mantras 6, 7, and 9, (2) XX: 137, Mantras 7 through 9, and (3) X: 2, Mantras 26, 27, 29, 30, and 32. Similarly, in Rig Veda, additional prophecies are found in: (1) VII: 96, Mantras 13 through 16, and (2) I: 53, Mantras 6 and 9. Finally, a prophecy is found in Sama Veda III: 10, Mantra 1. These are a sample of many prophecies. The serious reader may want to refer to scholarly work of Dr. A.H. Vidyarthi, entitled “Mohammad in World Scriptures,” 1990. This book explains the Hindu terminology used in the Mantras and the meaning and usage of certain words and phrases from within the Vedas and other Hindu Scriptures.

No Compulsion In Religion

Qur’an 2:256

There is no compulsion in religion.

The right direction is henceforth distinct from error.

And he who rejecteth false deities and believeth in Allah hath grasped a firm handhold which will never break.

Allah is Hearer, Knower.

Allah: Allah is the proper name of the One True God, creator and sustainer of the universe, who does not have a partner or associate, and He did not beget nor was He begotten. The word Allah is used by the Arab Christians and Jews for The God (Eloh-im in Hebrew; ‘Allaha’ in Aramaic, the mother tongue of Jesus). The word Allah does not have a plural or gender.

pbuh: Peace Be Upon Him. This expression is used for all Prophets of Allah. Abreviations derived from Arabic words are (s) and (as).

ra: Radiallahu Anhu (May Allah be pleased with him).
